CORE34
Not just a number. Joseph Pilates developed 34 core exercises as part of his original Controlology method. These 34 exercises are still the foundation for both mat and reformer Pilates today. At Core34 we combine the classics with contemporary methods to elevate your Reformer Pilates training to leave you feeling strong, confident and energised.
